Note Taken Design Studio was born out of the steady erosion of creativity + collaboration in corporate culture.I spent most of my career working in-house, after the pandemic— I was logging into empty group chats, proving that I was somehow “active,” and working in isolation. As workloads grew heavier and team work disappeared, so did my creativity and opportunities to collaborate.
After a complete personal and professional breakdown, I stepped away and faced a choice: return as another cog in the corporate machine, or build something of my own. I chose the latter, Note Taken Design was founded—and I haven’t looked back.

STUDIO FOUNDER + LEAD DESIGNERNicole is a multidisciplinary designer with over 14 years of in-house + freelance roles. She has developed a strong foundation in brand strategy, visual design, illustration, and art direction. Her experience comes from a plethora of industries including Insurance, Cannabis, and CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods).
